Spectrum Merchandising was started by Emma Harris is July 2007 with Emma working from home printing clothing and mugs in her garage. The recession of 2008 was a steep learning curve but with lovely loyal customers, some of whom are still with us today, in 2011 spectrum moved to a barn on a farm in a small rural Essex village. We bought our first embroidery machine and vinyl cutter allowing more flexibility and quicker lead times.

Karen joined the team in 2012 and brought her amazing creative ideas and problem-solving skills. She has a gift at bringing your logos to life! She brings her beagle Wilson in every day and I think our clients come in to see him rather than us.. but who can blame them!

2014 saw a move to bigger premises in Maldon and this allowed us to invest in more machinery – a UV printer to print onto pens, pads etc. and a large format printer for stickers, vinyl banners and posters.

We also have a warehouse where we can store and fulfill client orders.

Annie joined us in 2021 and is our customer service superstar. She picks up new skills really quickly and is the glue that holds us together.

Katie joined us in 2023 and is the artistic one. She is adaptable and a bit of a perfectionist, taking care with whatever task is at hand.

Sienna followed in July 2024 she is creative and hardworking and thrives on chatting with clients and excels at networking. 

Every day really is different for us – new logos, different products and some tight deadlines! We really love what we do and working with our clients so they are proud to show their brand off to their clients
