Does my quote include VAT?
No — prices displayed do not include VAT. Your final quote will show the total including VAT.

Do the prices shown include branding?
Often yes, but final costs depend on your specific artwork. Once your design is confirmed, they will confirm exact pricing.

Can I get an urgent delivery?
Yes — they recommend you contact them first to confirm they can meet your deadline before placing your order.

Why do I need to pay a set-up charge?
Set-up charges cover preparing files for production (e.g., embroidery digitising, printing screens) and any test runs needed.

What format do I need to provide my design in?

Please send your design in a vector format – eps or pdf, with all text converted to outlines and please specify pantone references where possible. For embroidery orders, we can also accept jpeg and png files. If you’re unsure, please call us on 01621 850462. We can arrange for your design to be redrawn at an extra cost.

When will I receive my confirmed delivery date?

Once you’ve approved your visual proof, a delivery date will be supplied within approximately 24-48hrs.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Paypal or credit card on the payment link that is at the bottom of your quote, order confirmation or proforma invoice.

Or you can call us on 01621 850462 to pay by credit card over the phone. 

We also accept payment by bacs to the following bank account:

Please note, all first-time orders will be on a pro-forma basis unless otherwise agreed in advance of your order being processed.
